Great time engineering some vocal tracks for @unknown_officialmetal@mattfisher_19 !!!
We worked with Unknown back in 2022 on their debut album, Vanishing Point. And now they are back in the studio recording vocals for their second album. They got some great tunes coming your way — stay tuned!
This was a ton of fun — here’s a pic from our session with Siobhan, recording singing bowls! 🔥 we got to utilize a lot of different microphones with this one (which, if you ever worked with me before, you know that makes me very happy 😆)
If you ever recorded drums with me, you know how much I love snare drums 😅❤️ just picked up a vintage Ludwig Supraphonic + Tama Starclassic. Pictured here is our Ludwig Black Beauty, Tama Starclassic, Vintage Ludwig Superphonic, and a vintage Slingerland! Been blown away by the tones we’ve been capturing here @ Pharaoh. If you curious to hear what they sound like, keep an out for future releases from artists we’ve been working with 😉 (or come in and try them for yourself…)
Happy New Year everyone! Reflecting on the past year and the amount of incredible projects that we have had the privilege of being a part of. To all of our past present and future artists that we work with (or have worked with), THANK YOU! Here’s to an amazing year 🥂🎉❤️
Pics from some of the different projects we’ve been working on the past month or so! We are so excited for you to hear all of these artist’s upcoming releases 🙌🏻
🚨 NEW MUSIC RELEASE 🚨 Justin Chan & The Vices just dropped their new album, “Mixed Signals” today! As you can tell by the masks being worn in these pics and my long hair, the album has been in the works for quite awhile now 😂 and we are so excited for you all to take a listen. It was an honor to work with these talented musicians and an even bigger honor to call them good friends of mine. Take a listen to wherever you get your music 😄

Microphone check..1..2..3.. 😃
Lots of flavors to choose from here @ Pharaoh Studios. Which one is your favorite? To me, you can’t beat the Telefunken 251 or a vintage Neumann U87!
Happy Thanksgiving everyone! Just wanted to make an appreciation post to express our gratitude towards all the past, current, and future artists that we work with. It’s been a busy and creative year here at Pharaoh Studios, and we wouldn’t want it any other way! Hope you all had a wonderful holiday! ❤️
What an incredible month it has been — working with a variety of incredible musicians and bands on their new projects. Can’t wait to share what we’ve been creating!
Our good friend @juliansherwoodspalace just released his second album, “Endless Palace,” that we had the privilege of engineering the drums for and mixing. Julian is quite the musician — both as a songwriter and as a guitarist, drummer, bassist, pianist, saxophonist, and singer. (Yes…he really does play all of those instruments — very well, too! 😳)
Check out the album anywhere you get your music!
Congratulations to you, Julian — these songs are really next level.
