I’m so happy to go to prom for the 2nd year in a row with the girl i’m in love with. It was so funnnnn and peyton looked absolutely stunning!!! (sweetfrog was yum)

It’s that time of the year that we start our Senior Spotlights! First up, Peyton! “Hi, I’m Peyton Fitz and I’m one of the seven seniors in the Photo & Cinema Department at Barbara Ingram School For The Arts. I’ve been in the department for all 4 years and I couldn’t be more grateful for all the opportunities I’ve had and the things I’ve learned along the way. I wouldn’t think to go to any other high school due to Kristen Green who made every moment and every day special and meaningful to learn, while having fun. During these 4 years of journey I grew and improved on my work, but also myself. This journey showed me who I am and what I love within myself. I started my Freshman year as a shy, introverted girl who was scared to share her ideas and have support. Now I’m finishing my Senior year as a semi-extroverent, but a girl who is confident in showing her work, and wanting to talk on panels to talk about her work and her mindset. I wouldn’t be here or confident in my work without the support from my teacher, my family, and my closest friends I’ve made over the years of being here. After I graduate high school, I will be attending Hagerstown Community College. I’ll graduate with an Associates major in Psychology. Once I graduate with my associates, I will be looking at going to a 4 year arts school in the city (New York is the plan, though expensive). I plan on having my major in film and my minor in forensic psychology.
