Steve’s journey shows what most people don’t realize: even when injury or surgery forces you to stop traditional training, you don’t have to stop building strength. Facing severe neck damage and surgery, Steve was limited to almost no lifting but used EMS at P20 to keep his muscles active, reduce pain, and preserve strength before and after surgery.
