On June 5th this year I will embark on an epic 225 mile journey, along with 4 friends, walking from Llangwn, Pembrokeshire, Wales to Chamberlain Square in Birmingham. WHY? To raise money for two very important charities - British Heart Foundation, and Help Harry Help Others Cancer Charity.
Inspiration for The Walk comes from the loss of friend’s Dad - Wally Hames, and also in memory of my Dad - George Maynard, and my Mom - Blondell Maynard.
We will set off on 5th June, arriving into Birmingham on Father’s Day - June 15th.
Please get behind the team and support us, either with donations, or by joining us to walk in honour of your loved ones and help raise valuable funds.
