It is a week about Human Brands! So let us shed more light onto the 5 values of every human brand. Human Brands believe in:  1. The power of curiosity: Great questions change the world. 2. The power of authenticity: Honest beats perfect every time. 3. The power of empathy: Your experience is worth understanding.  4. The power of community: We are better together. 5. The power of legacy: We take the long-view. We think the world is ready for more brands like that. Is yours one of them?

Male survivors of trafficking remain one of the most overlooked groups in the fight against exploitation. OX built a brand for Emmaus that raises awareness for the issue while honoring the dignity of every man it serves. Check out the case study. Link in bio.

Power of Authenticity
Honest beats perfect every time. In a world flooded with polished content and curated perfection, the brands people actually trust are the ones willing to show up as they really are. That courage is your greatest competitive advantage. Read more on how Human Brands are using the power of authenticity. Link in bio.

Something new is coming… Last year we decided to take on our own challenge and put ourselves through our Human Brands process. Turns out, it is easier to guide others through it than to face your own brand honestly. It pushed us to look at how we are really showing up in the world, what needed to stay true to our legacy and where we could lead with more empathy, ask better questions and show up with more authenticity. The result? A refreshed, more human OX FOR GOOD. And it comes with all the fun stuff. We will let you sit with the anticipation until next week 😏.

Trust is what moves people. So how do you build it? This week we are talking about our Human Brands process. So what is a human brand? A human brand builds trust the same way people do, through empathy, authenticity, curiosity, community and a commitment to legacy. In a world where trust in institutions is low and complexity makes it hard to know where to put your energy, a brand that shows up with genuine humanity gives people the clarity and confidence to act on what they already care about. Here are some snippets from our CEO, Tony Sorrentino, on what the Human Brands process actually looks like in practice.

What does it really mean for a brand to feel human? @tonysorrentino shares how authenticity can help organizations build real, lasting connections with their audiences. Our CEO recently joined Caleb and Kaleb, the hosts of the @sundayscomingpodcast for their 44th episode. To listen to the full episode, head to the links section in our bio.

Twenty years ago today, Jen and I incorporated a small, hopeful idea: J. Oxford Studios. Somehow, over time that seed became OX FOR GOOD. Deeply grateful for every collaborator, risk-taker, and friend who’s carried this story with us. Here for good!

2025 took us places. Mountains in Bhutan. Western film sets on the US West Coast. Close encounters with tigers in India. Slow walks through Oxford in the UK. Different places, same posture. Curious. Present. Occasionally jet lagged. What made this year special was not just where the work went, but how the team carried it. This is what we believe multiplying good looks like up close. Humans choosing to show up for each other and for the story in front of them. Onward.
