Optimus getting gnarly on the surfboard is one of our favorite shots that we animated in the batch of videos we made for Hasbro this spring!
Water in stop-motion is often quite the head-scratcher, but for this particular shot a simple blue recycling bag did the trick beautifully.
And yes, that is a custom action figure scale surfboard carved from foam by our talented friend @lance_andersen !

Making custom studio infrastructure is always fun! We recently made a rolling cart to store some seamless backdrops and other goodies. It was begging to be animated with it being on casters and all, so that's exactly what we did. Ta-da, content!

We had fun teaming up with @EmberKitchen to develop a stopmotion solution that showed off all the cool features of their Open Fire Cook Kit in a playful, interesting, and clean way while still staying true to their gritty outdoor cooking aesthetic.
All the different stop-motion clips we shot cut together nicely and once we paired them with animated text, satisfying sound design, and a groovy music track we had ourselves a short and delightful looping explainer video for their great product.
