I had the immense honour of capturing a very beautiful and intimate ceremony this December. Their sneak peak gallery is a collection of honest moments between them and their immediate families and I still do not take it for granted that I get to be invited in to your inner circles for the day.

This wonderful gentleman received the richly deserved accolade of @foodandwineireland ‘Hall of Fame’ Award in Dublin a few weeks ago. This acknowledgment goes beyond words I can even muster but as a friend who has known him since @oxbelfast opened its doors in 2013 I am extremely proud and overjoyed for Alain and Team OX.

Alain is a national treasure to the Hospitality Industry, if you have ever had the joy of experiencing Alain looking after you Front of House you knew you were in first class hands, he was always one step ahead reading your mind.

He has so many stories about his training as a sommelier around Europe that bring out the sparkle in his eyes, it’s impossible not to feel you are there with him, his passion is infectious, those who have trained under him have been extremely privileged.
