KITCHEN. A home design like no other, welcome to our Lechenault project. Where elegance meets functionality, this classic inspired kitchen is the beating heart of this home. Featuring a beautiful emerald quartzite bench top, walnut slimline cabinetry, brushed brass fixtures, polished travertine floor tiles and a stunning crystal chandelier.

BATHROOM. Another space of luxury. Continuing the Dekton porcelain walls and travertine floors for unity and flow, but adding a magnificent feature wall of antique cut marble mosaic tiles. The black vanity adds contrast, with curves creating a softness that suits the room. The hero piece is certainly the scalloped, handmade marble basins. We filled in the sliding door to create more wall space and added a large Velux skylight to bring in a natural shine. A spacious shower and a perfectly placed plunge bath, make this a fabulous and functional family bathroom.

Professional Interior Designer and Owner @ O&W Studio Whitney’s interiors / design / styling knowledge is second to none. Impossible does not come into her vocabulary as she will always find a solution 🕵🏼‍♀️ Mum of 5 and still finds time to run a business👩‍💼 Downfall: Loves packing a greek yoghurt lunch, but come noon orders uber eats 🌮 Special skill: Rides curbs better than Tony Hawk and speeds faster than Lewis Hamilton 🏎️ Fun fact: She is a proud Kentuckian 🐎🥃💙

A fresh new look for this South Bunbury home ✨ We had the pleasure of bringing this external transformation to life, with design by @owdesignstudio and all building works completed by our team. The upgrade included: • Rendered and texture-coated walls with a pre-tinted finish, creating a clean, modern look with subtle texture • A brand new tiled second-storey balcony / alfresco area • Exposed aggregate driveway, steps, and rear pathways for a seamless, durable finish • Minimal landscaping to complement the home’s refreshed aesthetic A simple, well-executed update that completely elevates the street presence.

Still one of our favourite transformations to date. What was once a dark, tired living room with worn carpet and no clear direction is now a space that feels light, layered, and intentional. A statement media wall anchors the room, while the fluted travertine fireplace, velvet sofa, natural stone, rattan, linen, and warm timber tones bring a sense of warmth and luxury. When you work with O&W Design, you’re getting more than a plan. You’re drawing on over 20 years of combined industry experience.
