Mike ( @this.is.mike.h ) running anchor, as Jerry ( @jerrys.venture ) limps Marco’s ( @ovrlndx ) Jeep down the final major decent after breaking an axle and subsequently losing brake pressure. No Jeep left behind!
Today was a good day! We broke an axle shaft on my Jeep in the Metal Masher trail but thanks to this group of friends we got the rig out even though a caliper and rotor were destroyed in the process good ideas and the will to get the job done we were able to get the jeep on the trailer and bring it back to the hotel. @leemenupfit provided a brand new Delta caliper that he had in his Jeep as a spare, @jerrys.venture and @dirtlifestylenate removed the broken shaft and using a makeshift magnetic chingadera they pulled out the broken spline. Thanks to the @thestorytillnow@trailrecon@weekend.killers@greazynuts@this.is.mike.h@thehitsquadoffroad and the rest of the community willing to help find the parts in Moab. Fortunately @shiftautoandoffroad overnighted an axle shaft so we can keep on enjoying Moab.
Off the trail! Everything is aligning perfectly thanks to all These good friends that helped out 👉🏼 @trailrecon@dirtlifestylenate@thestorytillnow and other great fellas in the group!
