A look behind the scenes as we filled Wild Turkey bourbon barrels with our Brassneck imperial stout.
These barrels have been resting with the beer for 18 months, slowly building depth and developing a signature dessert style finish.
Brassneck comes in at 11% and we later added hazelnut, toasted marshmallow and coffee.
