A little snippet of the good stuff captured by @nickpopemedia last weekend at @teddyrocksfest
Massive thanks to @blackstarrecordsuk and @vocalzonehq for making us feel at home and handling all the logistical mayhem so we could focus on simply being as loud as possible. You’re the best.

Attention Ghouls!!! Next Sussex ride coming up!!!
A jaunt to and from our usual haunts: starting from the Port Kitchen, we’ll climb onto the SDW and forge North from Bramber Castle. We’ll carve our way west after a momentary visit to the Downs Link to see what cool stuff we can find in the Knepp estate. Shooting back southward, we’ll take on the infamous Wiston Bostal climb (not techy, but pretty steep) to earn our flight of mustard from the Red Lion in Shoreham.
Overall elevation on this route is low, but it basically all comes in two hits so be ready for those. There’s a fair bit of tarmac so probably leave the full squish bike at home, gravel bikes are ideal.

Following @samlaunders into the choppiest, most inhospitable sections of South Downs bridleway that Sussex has to offer. Found lots of nice birds, rattled the bikes to death, heard the horns of some mounted scumbags but didn’t see anything worth calling in. Decent day out, really.
Behind the cheery smiles lies a darkness that only going for a nice bike ride can tame. Thus, the Heavy Metal Cycling Club.
Ride no.30 for the Sussex chapter of @heavymetalcycling : “Coombing Undone”. Shoreham, out west on the Downs, back home again.
It’s been about 15 years, but this Saturday I’m back on stage at The Prince Albert. We’re putting this one on, as a last minute warm up type thing ahead of our Teddy Rocks slot in a couple of weeks. Come along and criticise. Get your tickets early so I can be less stressed.

Happy Monday, are you a gravel dirt bag? Yes, well come for a ride down in Sussex with the HMCC crew this coming Sunday the 12th of April.
09.00 meet for a 09.30 roll out from Shoreham Port Kitchen into the nearby hillsides of West Sussex. Expect a bit of singletrack, some well-drained gravel roads, and no doubt a bit of mud too – it is still only April after all.
Finishing up at the Red Lion in Shoreham, hopefully early enough for those who want to head home for the last bits of Paris-Roubaix.
