UPDATE - Going to keep this quite short and sweet.
The last 12 months have been extremely hard. Beyond an already difficult global climate, we were hit by major international fashion retailers going bankrupt, leaving large amounts of money owed to us. As a small independent business, with over 90% of our turnover in wholesale and unable to deliver AW25, the impact was crippling and nearly forced us out of business towards the end of last year.
Through support from friends, alongside encouragement from the running industry and community, we realised we’d come too far and achieved too much in a short space of time to stop now. As one of the earliest adopters of running fashion culture, our POV still has its place.

@marestreetmarket , we’re opening our first permanent retail store this Saturday 16th May in Hackney, East London. We’ll begin with limited runs of OVER OVER made from our archive fabrics and custom hand dyed pieces, alongside brands that align with and complement our ethos — OAKLEY, SAUCONY, PILLAR, STYRKR, with more to come. Online will also relaunch soon and directly reflect the store offer.
This pivot allows us to focus fully on building the brand and community through events, activations and direct engagement with the people who inspire what we do, right in the epicentre of East London’s running culture.
We’ll reconnect with wholesale accounts very soon, once we’ve regained our flow.
