Some ateliers make suits. XO47 makes a position. Our work was never to dress the brand it was to undress it. Strip it back to its truest signal. The X, the O, the 47. An unknown quantity, an embrace, a maker’s mark. Three characters that contain an entire philosophy if you know how to read them. OCD and XO47 have spent the better part of ten years turning that philosophy into a felt experience. Not a logo system. Not a brand guidelines document gathering dust. A world with its own gravity where the weight of the fabric and the weight of the mark come from the same conviction. Where a wax seal does not decorate a package, it authorises one. Where the atelier in Ambawatta One and every piece that leaves it speak in the same breath. We built the code. The universe. The visual language of a house that was always too considered to be loud about it. Brand identity, spatial language, packaging, sub-brand architecture, tone of voice every surface, every touchpoint, every detail that the right person will notice and the wrong person will walk straight past. Excited to share our complete brand build for @ashtar.in ☕⚡ a modern silver brand we partnered with end-to-end! This one’s been a caffeine-fuelled labour of love from product and business strategy all the way to a scalable Shopify build. We crafted everything brand positioning, tone of voice, launch strategy, and visual language, alongside a mobile-first website experience built for D2C velocity. Silver, unapologetically first. For @ashtar.in we didn’t position silver as the understated cousin of gold—we placed it front and centre. Hallmarked 92.5 silver becomes the core of a brand that’s not following legacy norms, but forging its own aesthetic code. To reflect Ashtar’s premium, design-first ethos, we built a brand language rooted in celestial geometry, fluid motion, and sculptural silhouettes. From the logo and type system to packaging, campaign styling and digital presence—every touchpoint was designed to evoke refined rebellion and quiet power. Much like the jewellery itself, the identity doesn’t whisper—it declares. Stripped of clichés and excess, the design language is sharp, sculptural, and unapologetically modern. With a muted palette, assertive typography, and raw yet refined editorial styling, we positioned Ashtar as what it truly is: wearable art in silver.
