While you’re sipping bubbles, enjoying canapés, and catching up with your favourite people, our team will be busy behind the scenes transforming your space for your wedding breakfast ✨
It all comes down to great communication. Our online wedding portal makes it easy to plan your table layout, organise seating, note any dietary requirements, and you can even send photos of how you want it set up. We do work within a set time frame, so if you’re dreaming up something more elaborate, we’ll always let you know if extra help (like a stylist) might be needed.
✨ Questions we get asked:
Can we have casual seating without a table plan?
Absolutely! This works perfectly with our buffet-style menu. If you’re choosing something off the 'plated mains' menu, we’ll need a seating plan so we can serve your guests smoothly. The courtyard has lots of seating and sometimes especially for BBQ's couples may wish guests to enjoy the warm weather and eat outside. 🌞
Do you provide tableware?
Yes — cutlery is included with your menu price. Style depending on your choice of food, and we provide white napkins too (or you’re welcome to bring your own for a personal touch). Tablecloths are included.
What style of tables do you have?
We offer round tables seating up to 10 guests, with space for up to 120 in our barn. Prefer something different? Banquet tables are available to hire, and we’ve even had couples use our picnic benches indoors for a relaxed, rustic feel — it looks incredible 🤍

I absolutely adored this wedding.
And yes, I say that about all my weddings… but this one? This one had me crawling into bed at 3am with a full heart and a ‘your device storage is full’ notification!
The styling. The carefully curated soundtrack. The live band. The tractor. The atmosphere. Every part of the day felt electric, cinematic, soulful, wildly fun and completely full of love.
C & O trusted me to step into multiple roles throughout the day - content creator, videographer and photographer - capturing every layer of the celebration as it unfolded. The entire aesthetic felt like Reservoir Dogs collided with a Wild West saloon, vintage Hollywood glamour and a touch of Marilyn Monroe, all wrapped inside a rustic farmyard barn. It was cool without trying too hard. Completely unforgettable.
The guests were incredible, the energy never dipped, and the hospitality from Over Barn was exceptional from beginning to end.
Clare and Ollie share the kind of love that feels effortless to witness; deeply connected, completely in sync, and alongside their beautiful Irish Setter, Duke, the three of them make quite the trio.

Such a beautiful wedding day for Abbi and Mark at the wonderful Over Barn, the whole day was just perfect from the gorgeous ceremony to the incredibly touching speeches which were so moving.
It was brilliant being back at Over Barn (@over_barn ) working with Josh, Vicky and the whole team who kept everything running beautifully.
The bride and her bridesmaids looked incredible thanks to the super talented Dee (@luxuriousloxsalon ) who did the amazing hairstyles and Kathryn (@kathrynkiftmakeupartist ) who did the gorgeous makeup. And a big shout out to the fantastic DJ Julian (@bristoldiscohire ) who had everyone up dancing all night long with such great tunes. Last weekend, @over_barn played host to local young people and microlight pilots.
The young people were given the opportunity to learn more about microlights and the aviation industry with guest speakers from Safran and Airbus, along with the chance to experience flying in a microlight!
We love being able to welcome events like this to the farm and look forward to more community-focused events in the future.
