Felt like it was time for a proper reintroduction 👋 We’re Ricardo and Victoria but everyone calls us Ric & Vic. We met when we were 17 (Vic) and 18 (Ric), and from that moment on we’ve been locked in - best friends and partners in every sense. Working together has always felt so natural to us - from student jobs to part-time gigs and in 2012, we took the leap and started Outside In. The dream? To tell real stories, capture stunning visuals, and preserve once-in-a-lifetime memories - no cheese, nothing forced. With backgrounds in art, design, and film (and a serious passion for people-driven stories), we carved out a style that’s distinctly ours: ✨ Polished and playful ❤️‍🔥 Ostentatious and warm 🤍 Traditional and modern We’ve seen a lot - trends come and go, gear push the limits - and right now, we’re especially curious about where content creation and filmmaking meet. We shot these photos in Japan ten years ago, and only now have they finally been printed. There’s something quietly satisfying about it - a reminder to travel slowly, to notice the small things, and actually bring a camera instead of relying on our phones. ✨📷 There’s a kind of magic in revisiting the lens years later, remembering the way light fell, the alleyways we got lost in, and the way time felt different. In a year that feels like a return to analog, we’re taking it as a gentle nudge to slow down, look closer, and see the world intentionally. Who else still takes photos just for the memory books?
