‘Snippets’ wins its first award at the Directors Guild of South Africa.🎞️ 🇿🇦 Huge congratulations to the whole cast and crew, and thanks to the @directors_guildofsouthafrica for honouring this indie webseries! 🖤🤍
O’Guluva is excited to announce the following exceptional filmmakers who will also have their films screened on the 28th of March at the Carolus Cinema in Nijmegen:
Koketso Matabane with her fashion film S.W.A.N.K Jozi:
Originating from ideas and creativity that needed to be expressed. S.W.A.N.K was started by
Lindelani Nedoboni (@mahootaafrika ) in 2013. Influences for the brand were drawn from his Jozi lifestyle. S.W.A.N.K encompasses the balance between alternative creative nature and the global street culture scene. It was most important that this balance established connection - To connect family, friends and people who all listen to what they do, speak how they do and of course wear how they do.
Dibi & Zigi with their film Unit 304:
Over the span of one uneasy morning, two young adults find themselves locked inside a swanky Johannesburg apartment after a one night stand, forcing them to confront awkwardness, vulnerability, and the fragile space between strangers.
