@big_mully_kush makes his first appearance Scottish club since 2023 this Fri. In that time, he’s been carving a path in Vietnam that, even by his own admission, he thought was well behind him. Just goes to show what a change of scenery can do for ya! He’s now back with a bang and he’ll be joining OG club resident, Wardy, this Fri for a long over due session in the basement.
This summer he lived out a bit of a dream scenario when he played peak time at @equationfestival ‘s Mỏ Luông Cave stage. We’ve stuck a few highlights from that here for you to check. We’ve also added a recent recording from @unmute.hanoi (where he is now a resident) to the link 🌲. Go give it a listen!

A long overdue toe to toe is about to go down in the basement. @outerzonerecs is back with a bang and club resident, Wardy, invites club legend @big_mully_kush to join him in the booth. Now a staple in half way across the world in Hanoi, It’s about time he was let loose on home turf!

After a short hiatus, @outerzonerecs is back! OG club resident Wardy invites longtime La Cheetah fam member, @big_mully_kush , to join him in the booth for a massive homecoming knees up!
Mullen ran nights in La Cheetah going right back to the start (near enough anyway). Him and his notsosilent crew brought the likes of Move D, Matthew Jonson & Hunee to the club. He then joined team La Cheetah on a full time basis becoming our marketing manager round about the time we were celebrating out 10th anniversary, right up till we had to close due to covid. He played a big part in helping us achieve any successes we have had over the years!
Now based in Hanoi, he’s resurrected his DJ career and quickly moved through the gears becoming “one to watch” in Vietnams thriving electronic circles. Playing at any party worth their salt and becoming a resident at Hanoi staple, @unmute.hanoi , one of the best club setups on the continent.
In all his time at La Cheetah (and in Glasgow in general), the Wardy and Mullen pairing never happened. Crazy when you think about it. That record is about to be set straight as they take on the whole night on Fri 30th May. Come give the big man the welcome home he deserves!
