“The Brother Moves On is a tradition trouncing - transatlantic Afro centric futuristically ancient fusion that jack knifes between off world spectral dub-metal and hyper rhythmic rock psychedelia, indie township, and astro afro free jazz. Taking a cue from that other “Brother from another planet” Sun Ra they embrace a multi genre, multi aesthetic rechallenging hip hops five pillars(MCing, BBoying, DJing, Graffiti and Knowledge of Self) into a conceptechnic art project that incorporates historic, political and sociological perspectives” - Stacey from Pan African Space Station Welcoming The Brother Moves On to the roster 🌟💫

“It is fairly evident when listening to Sol’s music that he is truly captivated by the contrast between urban and rural life, and the two often act as the creative spark that ignites each project that Sol Paradise engages in.”

“The story of Adamou & Mariam is first and foremost a love story between two hyper-musical people who, in sunglasses and stylish clothes, become global icons. And who remind us of music’s ability to transcend borders, heal and bring the world together – one beat at a time.”
- CPH:DOX “Darling, I love you to death! This sentence, sung by Mariam on M’Bife Blues, takes on all the more meaning since 4 April 2025, the date of the death of the man with whom she has built a life: Amadou. “With you, darling, life is beautiful… Life is so good”., she insists on Sabali, a song written by herself, like a call to appeasement, to patience, which once in the hands of Damon Albarn will become a superlative hit. With its synthetic layers, cosmic loops and basic chorus, Sabali had everything to please, without betraying the essence of Mariam’s personality, for whom music is above all a link between everyone. A story of serenity that rhymes with a story of eternity. Welcoming Mariam to the roster ✨⭐️💫

“Their tightly woven instrumental music blurs rhythm and melody into hypnotic, trance-like experiences where individual instruments dissolve into the groove.” - SDBAN Records Since 2017, ECHT! has been igniting stages across Europe, from Nuits Sonores, Lowlands, and Dour Festival to iconic venues like Brussels’ Ancienne Belgique and London’s Jazz Café. The Brussels-based quartet thrives on precision and chemistry: four minds and eight hands working as one. Their instrumental music raises more questions than it answers, pulling listeners into hypnotic, trance-like states where rhythm and melody merge, making individual instruments almost unrecognizable. Welcoming ECHT! to the roster 🌟🌟🌟

“Chip Wickham’s music is the sound of jazz with soul and purpose.”
- Fasching Saxophonist, flautist and composer Chip Wickham casts a formidable shadow across the UK jazz landscape. Originally from Brighton, Chip Wickham first came to prominence in the UK breakbeat scene playing with the likes of Nightmares On Wax and Graham Massey. But at heart Chip has always been a jazz musician (he played on Matthew Halsall’s debut album ‘Sending My Love’ in 2008 beginning a relationship with Gondwana Records that now spans 17 years) and now dividing his time between the UK, Spain and the Middle-East, he has made a name for himself with a series of beautifully crafted solo albums that draw equally on hard swinging spiritual jazz, the classic sounds of 60s British jazz and the more contemporary sounds of artists such as Jazzanova, The Cinematic Orchestra, and Nicola Conte. Welcome to the roster, Chip Wickham ✨⭐️
