Most people think lifting weights is about looks. It’s not. It’s about how well you’ll move when you’re 70. That decline didn’t start at 70. It started decades earlier. Bone density slowly drops with age. Muscle mass declines if you don’t train. Balance and strength disappear when they’re not used. Resistance training is one of the few things that directly pushes back. Every squat. Every deadlift. Every push-up. Is like making a weekly deposit into your future body.
