The Poet’s Corner (3rd Fridays) is taking a break!
We will be back and better when the time is right, in the meantime, Poet’s pull up to MOOD First Fridays open mic and let’s keep building.
Here is a section of this newer poem that’s still in the works. It was my first team reading this poem out loud, but it was good to test it in front of the @poetry.hype fam. At a point I was trying to squeeze as many 50-cent/power references in there as I could lol
We’ve had an event every week since March 19th and we’ve been feeling more motivated and intentional about what’s to come!
