Part time:
Pastry (2pm-7pm) - help with preparing croissants, cookies, scones, creams, r&d! If you want lots of hands on experience learning core pastry techniques this is for you.
Bread (5am - 9am) - help with baguettes, ciabatta, mixes, dough development, and more! If you want to learn how to work with sourdough this is for you.
Farmers market rep - 2 markets per week plus a couple of days working retail for the bakery!
Full time:
Line cook (Tues - Sat) - help us expand our hot food offers!
