We also got something new that we’re very excited about:
A Geisha from Bolivia,
Finca Las Alasitas,
with a depulped and lactic fermentation.
Complex, expressive,
and we’re a little obsessed with this one.
Come try them.
It started with a few brooms. Just to keep the place clean.
Then they became part of the space.
At some point, they stopped being just tools.
So we kept them. Now it’s our symbol 🧹
We take coffee seriously.

Different beans, every day.
Maybe a maracaturra from Guatemala today. A natural SL28 tomorrow.
We measure everything; water, dose, temperature, time. And we don’t rush it.
Because every cup carries more than us. Farmers, roasters.
