@lissbarq from Costa Rica!
Architect, gastronomic journalist, and creative director behind
@otro___bar , Lissa’s work moves between hospitality, design, and storytelling, shaped by her strong sense of style and attention to detail. Alongside Casa Escalante, the group behind projects like Isolina and Cantina La Buenos Aires, she has helped build a contemporary approach to cocktails and dining in Costa Rica.
At
@otro___bar her philosophy begins with looking at everyday ingredients like corn, coffee, banana, panela and salt and transform the familiar through technique, precision, and care. Their approach is minimal and intentional, focused on clarity of flavour, and balance rather than complexity.

@thelostexplorer for their support once again! Lissa will be joining us throughout Wednesday to explore Monsanto, the local ingredients, and finish by taking over the bar for one special guest shift.
