Today’s Brew Recap – Great Journey Begin 🍺
Today we brewed our flagship, Great Journey Begin. The wort was brought to a steady boil to develop malt character and ensure stability, with hops added at timed stages to build balanced bitterness, flavour, and aroma.
Once the boil was complete, the batch was transferred out and ready for the next step in fermentation.
