As Nurses Week continues, we’re honored to highlight two people whose nursing backgrounds continue to shape the future of clinical training: Meghan Ficarra, DNP, RN, ACCNS-AG, PCCN and Cortni Garcia, BSN, RN of @healthstreaminc .
Before transitioning into product and training leadership, Meghan spent years both at the bedside and leading teams across Step-Down, ICU, and Med/Surg and Telemetry units, while Cortni worked on the front lines of patient care in the high-pressure environment of the ER.
Today, both continue to champion for more meaningful procedural practice for nurses, and we’re grateful for their partnership in helping more health systems access Osso Nurse Training.
