This coming Saturday I'll be at @thepoetrysociety 's Free Verse fair in London, with a bunch of poetry (and poetic) goods!
The main Fair takes place from 12noon to 6.30pm and there are also some limited pre-bookable spaces for a quiet hour to visit the Fair from 11am to 12noon (see @thepoetrysociety for more info).

!!! NEW !!!
An Alternative Xanadu, by Tallulah Howarth. ISBN 978-1-9194922-0-9
[ An Alternative Xanadu is a poetic sequence documenting the chaotic, shifting organism that is a shared house and its inhabitants. Xanadu Housing Co-operative was founded in Leeds in 2004, and here we are given the chance to see it afresh. Tallulah Howarth welcomes the uncanny and the alien, with an added formal conceit: the word count of each poem is dictated by the square-foot measurements of the rooms within the house. ]
[ The images are from the London launch at Mascara Bar. Shout-outs also to the other readers that evening, reflecting on the theme of space: Helen Bowell, Kayleigh Jayshree, and Jo Kelen ] 🔥
[ The pamphlet was printed letterpress using plates for the body and insert, with handset lead type for the covers. Edition of 200; around half remain. £12 + postage. To get a copy, please DM or email [email protected] ]❤️
