Daddy’s Iced Tea. No big deal, but it kind of is.
Blended whisky meets a touch of peat, lifted with cream oolong soda for that smooth, fizzy finish. Masculine, but easy. Light, but layered.
The kind of drink you start with… and somehow don’t stop at one!
Right behind the bar, it keeps moving.
Three whiskies, separate barrels,
linked together through the system.
A working solera, right in the room!
You’re not just drinking whisky.
You’re catching it mid-journey.
Some nights you know what you want.
Some nights you just circle a few things and hope for the best.
Ylang ylang or parmesan.
Passionfruit, maybe both ways.
Olive, lemon… why not.
You choose.
We’ll make it make sense.
