Anonymous street smarts: Energy is contagious. So is a lack of action. Choose wisely who you keep close. Shift your mindset. Focus on you and become someone you admire. #streetlife #adviceoftheday #nyc #streetsmart #lifecoaching
FRIDAY NIGHT SIGHT. Exhibit A: my broken ankle; Exhibit B: my mood about it all. 🙃Marking time here. On 022726, a food delivery guy on an e-bike (and apparently on a video chat call) ran into me from behind as I was crossing the street. 030626, got ankle surgery. Been navigating life on crutches since. 🦩🐌 Also learning to get more comfortable asking for help. 🥴 **So utterly humbled by friends and family that have delivered love and care in 1000 ways.** They’ve helped move me from point A to point B, move things for me, or move me with their words. Lucky me! 🙏I’ve been meditating for over 10 years, yet this type of stillness is schooling me in ways I don’t like or yet realize. (And it’s just a bone, but…) // I welcome advice and visits… And yes, I could probably use your help with a thing our two. :) Stay attentive around e-bikes!! #publicserviceannouncement #ebikeexperience #brokenankle #changeinplans #isthisoveryet
What a treat to be within reach of Gretchen Wustrack’s opening art reception on Sep 6th — and literally get to catch her embedded in her work. :) What I appreciate is her choice to use everyday objects from our past to put in question the relationship we want with technology in the future. If in SF, check out MORPHS through Sep 28 at the Gallery at Building ReSources - 701 Amador Street, San Francisco. #morphs #wasgreattoseefamiliarfaces #lotech #art #facingthefuture
Rare moments to be with Jane Fulton Suri in person - to talk life & art = soulful. (Her “low tech” magic shown here.) The sun was definitely out in Berkeley on Sep 5th with the baton-pass to Amy Leventhal. My cup filleth! #goodhumans #luckyme 🌞
AI education is not one-size-fits-all.
Announcing:
New AI literacy space
This fall, I am starting a new AI literacy space.
Co-facilitated with Roshi Givechi, it will give designers and creatives the space to understand AI, in their own words, and contextualize it in their day-to-day work.
