Introducing the 'Rivage' Leather Steppers, Hand-Made in Portugal from Italian Leather.
A dozen samples and a full year of development later... The Rivage is constructed with an Italian lambskin upper, calfskin lining, and a sheepskin insole. Finished with a sewn-in double layer leather outsole. Honestly so so so so happy with how these turned out.
Designed to be worn with any outfit. trousers, denim, suiting, even shorts. i love these so much. only 80 available. sizes EU 36-46 :)
you ever spend close to 2 years teaching yourself tailoring just to sit on the project for 3 months because you don’t believe in yourself? nah me neither.
anyways. australian wool suiting coming in the new year. if you’ve been here a while, you know how many times I’ve teased these just to totally rework the pattern and sample again hahaha.
posting this so i actually commit to releasing them. filmed this in September haha
wool ‘baby’ (short brimmed) hat.
sewn felt patches
$55 / €47 / 40£
inspired by vintage baseball caps of the 1930’s, the short brimmed hat hits like no other. one time release.
sorry ive been quiet recently. ive been working a ton behind the scenes and only like to release items when i feel they’re needed. ive visited so many amazing manufacturers + mills in japan and italy the last few months and cant wait to share what ive been working on.
first batch of the rivage leather steppers coming friday.
super soft calfskin upper, lambskin inner lining, and a padded sheepskin insole. double layer leather outsole for added thickness and longevity. designed to fit seamlessly into any wardrobe. for suiting, shorts, trousers, denim… really anything.
ive been waiting for weeks to release these because i made custom wood shoehorns but they got lost in the mail 🙃. hoping to have those for the next release though.
sizes EU 36-46. shoes run a half size large and the soft leather upper will expand and shape to your foot after a few wears. if you’re in between sizes, may be best to size down.
hi,
just wanted to thank everyone for the amazing year. as a little thank you, ill be giving away 25 of the Gus combs at random. all you have to do is like this post. no need to comment, share or anything like that.
ill pick people on Boxing Day and get them shipped in the new year. these never went on sale and i know a ton of people still want them.
this year has been a whirlwind and by far my biggest year yet. i have never been more proud of every item i released. from exploring unique textiles and techniques that no other brands are using, to finding heirloom fabric mills in japan, it was all such a fun adventure. i have never had this much fun doing anything in my life.
i know this page has grown a ton recently, but for everyone new here, this isn’t a big brand with a big team behind it. no investors, no seed money or co-owners. the only goal has always been to deliver you the highest quality items for a reasonable price. that’s it.
100% Fine Wool Quarter Zips. No acrylic, polyester or plastic.
Made from a super soft, heavyweight wool. Every ‘wool’ item I see released these days is full of plastic (polyester, acrylic, nylon) to cut costs while also still being able to charge a premium price. Although there’s nothing inherently wrong with that, it does drastically affect the long term quality of the item as well as not being great for the environment.
The goal of this was to make an item that would last many seasons, both in quality and in style. This can be dressed up, or dressed down based on what you’re feeling that day.
Really love these a lot. The yellow will be exclusive to the broadcast group this time. Love a little QZs in the winter

Australian Wool Knits w/ Hand-Crafted Blanket Stitching. Our most popular item, back for only 24 hours.
The blanket stitching is done by hand meaning it isn’t structural, so it can be removed/customized to your preference if you’re very careful. Remove it all and have a super nice blank, or just remove the waist or the sleeves. Ive always been obsessed with items that you can change or edit, allowing you to put a personal spin on it.
100% Wool.
Medium weight ideal for Spring/Autumn layering.
Feel like these are perfect for any wardrobe and want them to be accessible to as many people as possible.
I rotate like 4 different variations of colours and blanket stitching on a weekly basis. Been sitting on these for months and figured I’d drop them for spring.
Pre made and pre-order available.
EVERYDAY GEAR, TESTED IN THE ELEMENTS.
Technical jacket and pants coming soon.
Had so much fun with this one, can’t thank everyone enough for being here. A quick reminder that you can do it too. I don’t have a big team or anything, just a few insanely talented friends and a delusional goal.

Okay, so let’s talk details
1. So Why Japanese Raw & Selvedge Denim?
Raw jeans are jeans that have not been washed in their production process. This is how jeans used to be made. They mold and shape to your body each wear, giving this unique detailing personalized to just you.
As efficiency oriented production started taking over the world, high volume, ultra-consistent, low cost processes became ubiquitous. The denim became thinner and washed for consistency. Raw denim is a nod to a pastime. Raw denim really only makes sense to produce nowadays if you are more concerned with quality as opposed to efficiency.
Selvedge denim refers to the “self edge” on the end of the fabric, which is a consequence of the machine it was made from; the shuttle loom. This loom is ultra slow in comparison to its modern counterparts such as the rapier. Shuttle looms are old technology, and most of the shuttle looms in operation, making good quality fabric are from the early 1900s. So much more time and attention is needed to weave the fabric, leading to the highest quality fabrics you can purchase on the market.
2. Bomber Jacket
Lined with a silky, I chose vegan leather for this item because any calfskin leather under $300 is mass produced, with an unknown animal product origin. I am not against using animal products(I made a lambskin jacket I made last collection) but if the material comes from a factory farm in countries with no regulations, I can’t really justify it personally. The lambskin jackets last collection were sold at $420, the exact cost to make them and I wanted to make these more approachable with pricing. No judgement either way, this is just the way I prefer it.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask. If the denim or jackets sell out, I will open a pre-order at a discounted price to compensate the wait.
