The allure of travel felt like freedom
until it started asking for pieces of him.
At first, he couldn’t see the cracks.
The burnout. The noise. The way the camera turned into a mask.
But the island has a way of stripping things back.
And the further he gets from the algorithm,
the closer he comes to something real.
This wasn’t the story he meant to tell.
But maybe it’s the one he needed to live.
