I always knew that everything on the Playa was meant to be ephemeral. But I was still overcome by sorrow when one of the creators of @thefollybrc reminded us that they were putting fire to her at midnight on Friday. She was a gorgeous display of creative skill and technique that spoke to me and made me tear up when I saw her heart carved in the layered wood before I said goodbye.
