With the recent saga of a local competitor allegedly paying someone in Pakistan to post fake reviews about us, we’ve actually learned something pretty interesting.
Apparently, we’re doing something right.
Because nothing says “we’re worried about them” quite like outsourcing fake reviews instead of improving your own business. 😅
We’ll keep focusing on what matters — serving our customers properly, staying transparent, and letting real experiences speak for themselves. The petty fear and questionable tactics from others only motivate us to keep raising the bar in Singapore.

Story time: I had previously been sending my regs elsewhere for servicing, and they kept failing on every dive trip. At Orpheus Dive, Lester carried out a complete overhaul of my MK25 and S600, and discovered previous shoddy workmanship, including incorrectly assembled parts and cracked components. With everything fixed up, it was completely refreshing to have my regs working perfectly on my past two dive trips.

Orpheus Dive has done it again — we are proud to be awarded Singapore’s first and only Platinum PADI 5 Star IDC Centre.
This recognition could not have come at a better time. In the first half of 2026 alone, Orpheus Dive expanded our retail and equipment servicing capabilities, welcomed new full-time instructors, and celebrated 4 new instructors graduating from our May IDC.

Back to Cocotinos, Manado 🐢
Warm water, familiar faces, and turtles literally everywhere — a perfect reset.
This trip, two Advanced Open Water students joining for their first dives back in a while. The check dive is always a special moment — that pause before muscle memory takes over, and then quietly, it does. We spent the day on the Deep Adventure Dive and dialling in buoyancy, with plenty of turtle interruptions along the way (no complaints).
The goal this trip: start thinking like a diver. Less second-guessing, more awareness. We’ll get there 😌
Meanwhile the experienced divers had their own kind of day — eagle rays, a dugong, reef sharks, and a full photoshoot session. Manado doesn’t disappoint.
