tonight at 11 or so and tomorrow onwards, our three song EP “softener” will be streaming everywhere. we’ve been playing these acoustic songs for a while now and I’m excited for you to hear the studio versions
when this band started, I was like 16 or something and it was just me and an acoustic guitar. 10 or so years later and it’s gone through several full band iterations and this new “softener” setup
these three songs feel like going back to the root, settling in the soft, quiet, and calm energy that has always made music a tool for healing and centering throughout my life. it reminds me that no matter what place music has in my life, whether it’s with a band on a stage, with friends in a basement, or alone in my room, I can always count on it to put me back together when I’m all out of sorts
