1. Learn to read and identify it.
Be aware of his presence in your training.
Heās always there, shaping responses whether you planned it or not.
2. Keep him on your side.
If youāre not using him, heās most likely working against you.
3. Donāt let him sneak up on you.
Because once those associations are builtā¦ that shit is HARD to undo.
4. Make sure you have contingencies in place.
So that if s#!t hits the fan, your session doesnāt fall apart, you adapt, redirect, and stay in control of it.
Good training isnāt just about building behaviorsā¦
itās about understanding whatās being conditioned under the surface.
