I had so many words to say about my experience at the park and upon reflection that the book includes two short essays, the second of which I included at the end of the post because obviously it felt relevant (duh), so I will keep this caption short.

For the past 7 months I have been working teaching painting sessions at Paint N’ Pour on Delancey Street. This Valentine’s Day, Asha and I are showing all 215 of these paintings together for a one-night show.
Each one of these works represents 2 hours of performing (with a microphone) while guiding a group of 15-30 patrons to make an assigned painting. They are served cocktails and food. Each of these paintings is dedicated to my partner Asha.
Wine and chocolate will be served. BYOB also encouraged.
