šŸŽ«ā¤ļøā€šŸ”„ No words. Just pictures. Just a few tears, just a few hugs, just a few hours - of working and hoping we did it right. Yesterday, on Sunday 29th of October, I took my ticket for the Paris 2024 Olympics. I’m immensely grateful. I’m proud, as much as I’m honored. Thank you all, from the bottom of my heart. After the world champs, Laval became the biggest competition of the season for me. We had 2 months of preparation until then, and the goal was to be in the best shape possible. We worked a lot, we gave ourselves a chance to do things better, better than what we thought was perfect. Guess what ? It wasn’t, and it will never be. We can do things the way we want, it’ll never be and the hunt for perfection is what’s so amazing about sports to me. The only thing I know is, I’ve never been so strong and confident in my life. I wanted to show myself what I was capable of. I had the chance to climb in front of my people, and I took it. I can’t and will never be able to thank them enough. Laval was a step, big step yes, but let’s keep going. Eyes on training. Eyes on details. Eyes on Paris. Because as I said, I want to show myself what I’m capable of, and I’ll work as hard as needed to reach my goals. Thank you @nicojanuel , @manu_cornu , @adrnlemaire , thank you team France. 2023 was amazing, let’s do that again next year āš”ļøā¤ļøā€šŸ”„ pics @janvirtphotography / @insta_ntaneous_photo / @guillaume_bouju / @signarthur_ / @louislepron

• A dream came true last night šŸ„¹šŸ„‡ Still don’t really have the words to express how grateful and proud I’m feeling right now. Yesterday night was ecstatic and I couldn’t get any sleep tonight, but it feels like I’m stuck in a dream, and I never want to wake up. I got to experience what I have been training for, and I’ll be forever thankful for all the support I got this year. Thank you šŸ™ā¤ļø High-level sport is the greatest adventure I have embarked on, and I made the decision to invest myself in my entirety in this project. Why ? because I live for climbing. Manu and Nico often says that hard work pays off, that if I believe in it and put my all into it, it WILL work. They also says that it's good, that I’ve worked well, but that there is still a lot of work to be done. Adri says I need to do more slabs and walk on them like it’s stairs. I’ll stick to that. I’ll get back to work. get even stronger, and I’ll be back. Thank you Prague, you were amazing, and I’ll never forget what you did for me šŸ’™šŸ‡ØšŸ‡æ

Gecko assis, 8B+/V14 FFA !!!šŸ¦Žā¤ļøā€šŸ”„ This morning, I matched my all-time best in bouldering. A grade that brings me back to when I was younger, climbing almost exclusively outdoors, and it feels so freaking good to reach that level again. Long seen as a quite morpho and masculine boulder (quite true to be completely honest), I first tried Gecko a few weeks ago for training purposes, and ended up surprising myself, which makes sending it now even more meaningful āš”ļø I’m feeling strong, in a good place mentally and physically, and I’m so proud of all the work that’s gone into getting here. Only a week to go before we leave for China, and the season is already looking exciting šŸ”„ Merci @nicojanuel pour les travaux, Ƨa va pĆ©ter 🚧 Et šŸ¤ @adrnlemaire for the (very) early mornings and the best spots !! ā›‘ļø Feeling happy and ready for what’s next.

šŸŒ±šŸŒ¤ļø L’insoutenable lĆ©gĆØretĆ© de l’être, V13/8B & Gecko, V12/8a+ - in half a day - !! Back with more forest action !! Very quick work on both of those last Sunday ā¤ļøā€šŸ”„ They’ve been on my to-do list for years, but I never managed to put in more than one session a year on either. After sending Lazarus quickly last week and feeling confident in my current training form, I decided to give them another go this year, and brought both back home !!! So proud of all the work done and excited for what’s next… especially with the World Cup season starting soon !! Thanks so much for all your support and love these past few months, & see you all very soon ! @redbullfrance @scarpa_world @kailasglobal @arkose.climbing @fdjunited @bpce_banquedusport @rockcityclimbingholds @sportsdefense

ā˜€ļøšŸƒ Lazarus V13/8B FFA ā¤ļøā€šŸ”„ Quick work this year on one of my fav boulders of the forest. I first heard of this boulder in 2021, went to check out the moves, but with lots of puzzle pieces missing I couldn’t get it done 🧩 Decided to come back this year in between indoor sessions, and quickly managed to link the moves and make it happen before the weather gets too hot and the season begins… Super happy !! Training’s going great, motivation’s high, let’s keep pushing !!! See ya soon !! šŸ˜ā¤ļøā€šŸ”„ Merci paps, @adrnlemaire et @max.bertone for the nice Bleau seshs and for the psych !! @redbullfrance @kailasglobal @scarpa_world @fdjunited @bpce_banquedusport @arkose.climbing @sportsdefense @rockcityclimbingholds

ā¤ļøā€šŸ”„šŸŽļø PCL 2026 is done !!!šŸ„‡ What a crazy comp, what a crazy concept, and what a night !! Here’s my take on the whole thing if you’re interested !! : The more I think about it, the more I feel like this format rewards efficiency and execution rather than just difficulty. It’s not only about climbing hard moves, but about how quickly you can read the route, how well you interpret it, and how fluidly you move āš”ļø I loved that feeling of having to quiet the mind, trust your gut, and just go for it !!! The time pressure, and knowing someone could outrun you pushed us to be sharper, it’s one of the best ways to train efficiency and test decision-making under real pressure and it felt perfect for the moment of the season we’re in !!! As we all agreed the boulders were leaning towards the easier side, I still think this is a very interesting exercise and I’m very pleased I managed to stay focused and flash the boulders needed !!! ā¤ļøā€šŸ”„ Also super happy I got to share the šŸ„‡with @maxthefuture who put up the greatest fight ever in his final round !! Had a lovely time, and let me say I love the climbing community ā¤ļø Special bravo to @janja_garnbret @annie.sanderss @colinclimbs and @tomoa_narasaki for the great fights and for completing the podiums, and of course everyone who took part in the duels !! ā¤ļøā€šŸ”„ Cheers to more events like this 🫶 If you’re interested, you can find the whole replay on RedBull TV ā˜ŗļø Vid by @niklashoellmer !!! @redbullfrance @redbulladventure @proclimbingleague @bpce_banquedusport @fdjunited @scarpa_world @sportsdefense @arkose.climbing

🐟🌊 French bouldering champion for the 4th consecutive time !!! 🄹 What a way to start the 2026 season… training has been going amazing these past few months, and I’m feeling very proud of every little thing I’ve accomplished since the end of last year. With time, I understand more and more how important consistency and trust are, and I’m so happy I had the opportunity to test a few things out before the season starts !!! Merci Montmartin sur Mer ! ā¤ļø Bringing home the gold on a comp with such a dense field is always an amazing feeling, especially when the margin of error is so small. We are incredibly lucky to have such amazing athletes, all reaching new heights everyday… Merci pour le fight les filles 🫶 I also want to take this chance and say a huge congratulations to my brother, Max, for earning his first bouldering French champion title. It wasn’t an easy job, but you put as much effort as you could and made it work for the best. Sharing the top of the podium with you is and will always be one of my proudest moments šŸ¤ Of course, thank you to the organizers, volunteers, judges, and setters for making this superb event possible. And last but not least, congrats to all the competitors, and especially the finalists for their hard work !! With that said, there is still a lot of work ahead to fully be ready for this crazy looking season, so let’s keep going !!!! PS : I’m launching my YouTube channel with a French Champs themed vid in a few days….. stay tuned !! šŸ˜‹ @yulen.calleja šŸ“ø @axelbaisnee @signarthur_ @redbullfrance @bpce_banquedusport @scarpa_world @rockcityclimbingholds @fdjunited @arkose.climbing @sportsdefense

šŸŽšŸŽ‹ Some journeys can’t really be told. They’re meant to be lived, felt, and etched somewhere between the body and the heart. This one falls exactly in this category to me, and I want to talk to you about it šŸ¤ After a long and exhausting 2025 season, coming so close to a dream in Seoul as vice world champion and realizing then how much every moment matters, I needed silence - a breath of air, before going back home and permanently turning this page. So we left. With @adrnlemaire and @yulen.calleja , we left, for around a month, between Korea and Japan, searching for everything we too often forget : the simple joy of walking without a certain goal, breathing without a clock, and climbing for the pure pleasure of movement. This side of high performance rarely makes it into highlight reels or competition edits, and to me, it felt like not many of us were talking about what happens between the events, between the titles and the training sessions. *This* is also part of the journey. The road trips, the shared moments - the quiet ones - when you remember why you started climbing in the first place.
So with that idea in mind, we felt. We looked, our eyes fully open, all senses aware, we breathed. Trains sliding through the leafy mountains, tiny cafĆ©s where time stands still, smiles exchanged without words, temples fading into morning mist, smells wandering through the busy Tokyo streets šŸ„ŸšŸ™ There were many emotions shared, bursts of laughter, gentle fatigue, quiet silences that said more than words, and that rare feeling of being exactly where you’re meant to be. This journey taught me to dream without chasing anything, to feel without measuring, to simply be, just for a moment. We tried to capture a little bit of this magic on film, tell a story that speaks where words fall short. Join us on February 7th at @arkose.issy for the premiere of « KintsugiĀ Ā» : a small piece of soul we can’t wait to share with you šŸŽ‹šŸ¤ I’ll forever be grateful for this life - unpredictable, demanding, and magical, shaping me in ways no ordinary job ever could. Spoiler : some sightseeing, climbing, eating, laughing and lots of walking (maybe too much lol) šŸÆ See ya in spring 2026 šŸ˜

ā¤ļøšŸ„ˆ SĆ©oul, day 11, 27/09/2025. For the second time in 4 years, I’m stepping away from the World Championships’ mats with a silver medal around my neck. As similar as this experience can get to Bern 2023, yesterday, silver had a very, VERY, special taste. Special because I brushed the gold with the tips of my fingers. Special because in this moment, climbing felt like destiny, complicated yet all mapped out. Special because for the first time ever since my first World Cup, I had the level, ability, and strength to TRULY win. Yesterday, I did not seize the opportunity offered to me. I couldn’t bring myself to reach that last hold I wanted, needed, so much. But with time, I learnt wanting something never really is enough. I learnt regrets never really erase themselves, and past mistakes will always remain. But life goes on, and for every experience lived, there is a lesson waiting to be learnt. Today, and everyday, I will remember the overwhelming feeling of disappointment I drowned into after my last attempt. Until I win. I will remember the painfully hard work and sacrifices I made towards the goal of being the best version of myself everyday. Until I win. I will remember these four finals boulders and the pressure I put myself through to not give away anything, everyday. Until I win. And I will remember how climbing changed my life, my dreams, and myself, before anything else.

šŸ‡¦šŸ‡¹ā¤ļøā€šŸ”„ Yesterday night was the last stage out of the 6 World Cups. Looking back at the past few months, I’m feeling incredibly proud of the physical and mental work my team & I put in. 6 comps, 5 finals, 4 podiums, 3 silver medals & 1 gold medal, turning into 2 here in Innsbruck, for the overall World Cup ranking. I’ve always struggled to climb consistently, firstly between trainings, then comp rounds, and different stages all year were no exception. Knowing this, and before this season started, we decided this year would be about consistency, and the overall ranking felt like a good goal to aim for. This season wasn’t easy, it was probably the hardest I’ve done actually, but also the most fulfilling. I’m proud and so excited to bring back home (along with the silver WC and gold overall medals) the feeling of a great season - long, draining, but full of successes and lessons. Thank you to the French team, for making this year the best of my life. Thank you Nico for believing in me everyday, thank you to my family, because all of this is the fruit of all’s efforts and trust. And lastly, thank you Innsbruck ā¤ļøā€šŸ”„ I’ll just let myself float a little longer. @ifsclimbing @lenadrapella @nittimothee @bratanero @xaver_louis

Prague, once again you have my heart ā¤ļøā€šŸ”„ What a comp, what a round, what a scenario, and more importantly what a team. To be honest, it’s not exactly the way I wanted to bring the win back home. I felt strong going towards finals, and Prague has always been one of my favorite places ever. I wanted to put on the best show and climb the best I could. Walking through the same corridors I did two years ago, looking at the same walls and standing on the same mats as in 2023, it all felt special, just like it was yesterday. The weather had been playing with us a lot this week, and we knew this could happen. I said in previous posts I wanted to be consistent, as much in life as in the different rounds of the comps I will take part in. This Friday and Sunday, I was, and I am proud of the mindset and climbing I showed here in Prague, even if one round is missing. My semis round was one of the best I’ve done, and as I am disappointed I couldn’t climb some more in finals, what a feeling it is to WIN ! After 3 comps and 3 time failing to grab my chance, what a feeling to go back home with everything I’ve been training for. What a feeling to see @mejdi_schalck win on Saturday, and dream all night of winning at the same time. What a feeling to call @nicojanuel and tell him work is paying off, and I am stepping on the highest step of the podium. Nothing and nobody could take this away from me. I love climbing. Thank you @ifsclimbing for doing what you could to keep the comp going all weekend, thank you to the setters for the good climbing and some super cool boulders, thank you to the volunteers for helping out on some interesting and not so fun situations, thank you to the crowd - the people, for creating an atmosphere we can only ever dream of.

šŸ‡ŗšŸ‡ø Always a pleasure Salt Lake City ā¤ļøā€šŸ”„ 3rd World Cup this year, and already 3rd final… what a year.. Finished 4th this weekend. A little disappointed, of course, but climbing was fun !! Those last few months and the few comps I’ve had the opportunity to participate in were full of surprises and emotions, lots of questions and not so many answers, but there is one thing I can say and am sure of : showing up day after day is what really moves things forward. Consistency matters more than momentary perfection. I want to stay consistent, keep pushing and putting the work, even - and especially - when it’s tough, because this is when it really matters. So many lessons learnt, some still need processing, but I’m going back home with 2 medals and a 4th place, 3 qualis, 3 semis and 3 finals, and a big potential and will to be better. Still trying to find my « whyĀ Ā» and really understand who I am, but one thing I know.. my place is right here, and I won’t be leaving so soon ā¤ļøā€šŸ”„ Thank you everyone for the support, thank you for making me feel at home everyday and everywhere I go. What makes it all worth it is sharing this with such amazing people. Feeling grateful for that more than anything ā¤ļøā€šŸ”„ We’ll keep pushing — slowly but surely āš”ļø I have a feeling we’re not done yet @nicojanuel @mejdi_schalck @manu_cornu @adrnlemaire @selma_em_ šŸ‘Š So many hugs and laughs this weekend, this is what sport is about ā¤ļøā€šŸ”„ I love you Salt Lake City, see you next year ā¤ļø @flashfocused @gajdaphotography @xsloba @duel_fontainebleau @redbullfrance @fdjunited @bpce_banquedusport @rockcityclimbingholds @arkose.climbing @sportsdefense @guess
