Behind every book is a story.
. And this one started way before I became a mom of twins.
.
I actually finished writing Organize Your Business Like a Boss before I was even pregnant. I wrapped final edits with @bloomsburypublishing during my first trimester—which, luckily, was my most productive one… because it went downhill fast after that. 🙃
.
.
Let’s just say I wasn’t the nicest pregnant lady. I had severe rib pain and was on bed rest for the final 2 months.
.
.
What most people don’t see is that this wasn’t an overnight success. I started working on the proposal before my Dummies book came out. I took a course with @jensincero on how to write a book proposal.
.
.
That first version went through so many revisions. I sent it to hundreds of agents.
.
.
Eventually, it led to a deal with Wiley for the @fordummies series.
.
.
But I still knew I had this book inside me—the one with my full 6-step Business Booster system.
.
.
After my Dummies book launched in 2019, I started pitching again. New proposal. New rejections. New agent search.
In May 2023, I finally signed with an agent who got it. By December, we had a publisher. I signed in March 2024—and by then, I was doing IVF. I found out I was pregnant with twins right after submitting the manuscript in June 2024.
.
.
Now here I am, promoting this book while holding two babies. 💛
I’m not a superwoman. But I am someone who didn’t give up.
This book is for every entrepreneur who wants to get organized and stay sane while building something meaningful.
.
Organize Your Business Like a Boss was originally set to launch in February—right when the twins surprised us with their early arrival. I knew I wanted to fully cherish those first months with them, so I asked to push the launch.
.
September felt like the perfect time. And now, it’s almost here.
.

When does Jane Glimmer?
When she wants to be fully present — at the table, in the moment, and connected to the people around her.
For Jane, Glimmer is more than what’s in the glass. It’s about keeping the ritual, the beauty, and the celebration — without needing alcohol to feel part of it.
She Glimmers for clarity, connection, and the kind of moments you actually want to remember. ✨🥂

Jane, thank you for a dose of motivation and inspiration for the whole week ahead!🤍
Girls, I’m waiting for you in the comments — let’s discuss:
What feels the hardest for you right now?
Do you feel like you have enough support to show up and put yourself out there?
And what are you taking away from today’s interview for yourself?
#womenwhospeakup #contentforbusiness #businesmotivation
Jane’s twins turned one recently, here’s the recap.
And she celebrated the way she does most things — with Glimmer, surrounded by the right people, at a place she genuinely loves.
Christine’s on Blackcomb (@christines_on_blackcomb ) has been part of the Glimmer story since early on. So when it came time to mark this moment — friends, family, two babies turning one — it was never a question.
Thank you Christine’s, for the space, the warmth, and for always understanding what Glimmer is really about.

Today’s behind the scenes — working on something really exciting with women in business that I cannot wait to share.
But while I’m in this season I have to tell you something.
Three years ago I built a proforma for Glimmer Wine. No product. No label. Not even a name yet. Just a spreadsheet and a belief.
This week I opened that file.
The 2026 tab? We’re hitting it. Almost exactly.
Last week our Glimmer team sat down for a real strategy meeting. And what came out of it wasn’t a pivot or a rebrand — it was clarity. We’re in a maturing stage right now. Before we scale, we go back to what we’re actually great at. Founder-led sales. The relationships.
The rooms we walk into and own.
That’s the move. Get aligned. Get focused. Then scale.
This is exactly what I write about in Organize Your Business Like a Boss — and it hits completely different when it’s your own company on the line.
Something exciting is coming. Stay close. 🥂
Are you in a focus-before-you-scale season too? ⬇️
✨ From Organization to Founder: A Glimmer Story
People often ask me how I got here.
My career began in insurance straight out of university. I loved the strategy, the structure, the pace of the business world, but I knew I wanted more. I went back to school and eventually joined Lafarge, setting my sights on corporate leadership.
That path took me across the world to Switzerland, working in an internal consulting role at head office and traveling 70% of the time. It was fast paced, challenging, and one of the most formative experiences of my life.
But something kept pulling me toward entrepreneurship.
I wanted to build something of my own and support small, women owned businesses. Organized Jane was born. That brand still exists today, even as my focus has evolved into building Glimmer.
Every step led me here.
I met Marina when she joined one of my courses and later attended my retreats. I was immediately struck by her creativity and vision, and now we are building something extraordinary together.
This week I celebrated my baby’s first birthday at our favourite restaurant in Whistler, with Glimmer flowing at the table. In that moment, it all came together. Every career move. Every leap of faith. Every late night.
That is what Glimmer is about.
Bringing people together to celebrate life’s moments with clarity, intention, and joy.
I am so grateful for our team, our partners, and every single person who raises a glass with us. 🥂

What an incredible week.
Tuesday morning — CRA audit.
- Lunch at @bacchusvancouver drinking Glimmer with a media guru now friend.
- And I finally picked up something super special from Mine & Yours that I’ve been waiting 10+ years for. ✨
Wednesday — Pitch for the Purse semi-finals at the Rosewood Hotel Georgia. One of the best events. Live pitches… the energy in the room was unreal — and we introduced Vancouver to our Glimmer cans 🍾
Thursday morning — founders breakfast where the VCs did reverse pitches to us. Such a powerful perspective shift. Met some incredible women.
Later Thursday — Women Presidents Organization workshop at BDC: What’s your End Game? Scale Smart. Exit Strong.
Friday — CHFA seminars with our team, connecting with CPG brands, distributors, and suppliers.
And Sunday — my babies’ first birthday party 🎂
In between all of that: Rolling out our Employee Share Plan - Updating team contracts - Preparing our next production run - Deep in budget planning - 3 grant submissions
This is what building looks like. Audits to pitch stages to birthday cake — all in one week.
Busy in the best way.
Cheers Jane
It’s Founder Friday, so we wanted to reshare this powerful post from our CEO, Jane Stoller 💕
For Jane, it was never about quitting drinking.
It was about choosing how she wanted to show up the next day.
She still loves the ritual, the glass, the cheers, the moment.
But she believes celebration should never come at the expense of clarity.
Call it Organized Celebration.
Call it intentional living.
Call it choosing both.
She celebrates fully.
She wakes clear.
She builds Glimmer from a place of presence and purpose.
Not quitting. Just choosing clarity… the @organizedjane way. 🥂✨
Have a fabulous weekend 🫶🏼

Long weekend in Whistler.
We want first chair tomorrow.
I also want a clear head to map strategy notes before our Tuesday Glimmer team call — the kind of thinking you can’t do tired.
For me this was never about quitting drinking.
It was about choosing how I want to feel the next day.
I still love the ritual.
The glass. The cheers. The moment.
I just don’t want the trade-off anymore.
So tonight we celebrate.
Tomorrow we ski early.
And Monday I build.
Cheers 🥂
— Jane
Two weeks ago, I stepped back onto a speaking stage — and it felt like coming home.
I was on a panel talking all things social media at WNORTH event, and the moment felt incredibly serendipitous.
The keynote?
Sunny Lenarduzzi.
Seven years ago, I hired Sunny as my business coach. I was watching her scale her online coaching program into the hundreds of millions and thought: I want to build something like that.
.
While she was speaking, I could hear her course lessons coming back to me. It was surreal.
.
Working with her is what pushed me to formalize my thinking and develop my signature 6-Step Process inside my Business Booster course — a framework I still use today while building Organized Jane and scaling Glimmer.
My 6 pillars:
TimeProcessesFinancesPeopleMarketingSustain
.
That structure has carried me through building two brands, writing books, launching Glimmer, and now raising twins.
.
On the panel, I shared openly about building a personal brand for over 10 years. And here’s what I said that seemed to land the most:
Your personal brand compounds.
For years, it feels like you’re just posting into the void. Then one day, it starts opening doors. Partnerships. Stages. Investors. Community.
It took me a decade to truly feel the power of it.
So start now.
Build before you “need” it.
Because when the moment comes — you’ll be ready.
I had the best time. Energized. Inspired. Ready to show up even bigger at WNORTH this year.
And yes… I wore a cheeky Max Mara outfit that got almost as many comments as the social media advice. 😏
See you at the next one.
Cheers,Jane
