Today's Small Business Saturday features Pink Axolotl Coffee Shop at 163 W 400 N. They serve an amazing selection of coffee and non-coffee drinks as well as some of the most delicious pastries you can find. Their specialty is fresh roasted coffee beans straight from Mexico. They also might have the cutest logo of any business in Orem. The name was inspired by the owner's children's favorite animal.

While some think inspectors are just here to hand out red tape, the reality is they ensure our homes and businesses are built to last for generations. Rachel and her teammates aren't here to make things difficult. They’re here to make sure things are done right, keeping our community safe.

The Orem Youth Council wrapped up another great year this past week. It was a year full of learning and fun as students from all of Orem's high schools got the chance to dive into city issues and service.
