I first tried this pole assisted forearm bridge last summer when I saw a video of the incredible @spunkysil performing it and thought “I have to learn this”. At the time I could barely get my feet to the ground wearing heels (by barely I mean I got it once after three hours of working out and warming up). Now it is quite literally my favorite thing to do. Like ever. It is such a nice upper back stretch I can’t get over it!
Also on theme of things I’m obsessed with, this @slayyyter song is living rent free in my head I can’t escape it

my dance prof gave me the radical suggestion of following my body and cutting any movements that didn’t feel good. Part of it was dancing in silence. It resulted in a six minute piece very different from anything else I’ve created. This is one of my favorite snippets, I’ll post another one soon.
