You please no one when you try to please everyone. Positivity has far outweighed the negativity though 🧡

Every pre-workout on the market sucks. Why? Because they’re completely missing the point. As a performance nutritionist, I’ve experienced the pressure to constantly push, stimulate, and “hack” the body — instead of honor and nourish it. Instead of trusting the fuel nature has always provided, we keep trying to reinvent everything. Lab-made formulas packed with synthetic caffeine, artificial flavors and pure sugar at premium prices — sold as “performance”. It tastes bad. Feels like a chore to consume. And does more harm than good. Jitters. Crashes. Disrupted gut health and messed up hormones. Focusing on short-term stimulation over long-term vitality. Humans never needed this. We used to build, fight, run, hunt — all fueled by what nature freely gave. That energy felt steady. Magnetic. Grounded. Alive. That’s what I missed. And it’s why I’m building Ōra. To bring that feeling back. This is more than just fuel. It’s a return to vitality, life force, strength, and aura like you’ve never felt before. Back to basics is the way. If you want performance AND thriving health, you’ll want to follow this. 🍯⚡️🌞 @ora.fuel @ora.fuel @ora.fuel
