Benchmark testing for Millitary Barbell strict press.. 37.5kg :) My goal was 40kgs but an increase is a win so I’ll take it! Also need to work on not arching too much.. I didn’t get to do my back squat test because of my knee pain but will try again next time.

June 2024 —-> June 2025 Helloooo, I’m Tasi and it’s been over 1 year of consistently training so I figured it was time to start a seperate page to post my fitness wins, fails and also to try motivate those who are on the fence about exercise. One thing I regret is not recording my training when I started so I can see how far I’ve come but it’s not too late to start and so I’ll post up what I do have so far but here’s a screen recording from a year ago to now 🥹 I joined the gym for a lifestyle change and and to lose weight sustainably and so far so good 😂❤️
