I visited a book stand at the trade fair during the @theplatformnigeria conference
One of the sellers walked up to me and said,
âPlease, letâs quickly shoot a content.â

But I delivered.
She was surprised.
Me? I wasnât.

The day Instagram almost thought it was a

but I was honestly so exhausted and slept off.

something in me.
One of the biggest things I learnt today is that
gratitude is deeper than saying âthank you.â
Gratitude literally restructures the human brain.
It increases gray matter and strengthens the pathways connected to creativity.
It improves self-control.
It increases dopamine and serotonin
the same chemicals connected to joy and peace.
I also learnt that gratitude puts you on Godâs frequency.
And not just random gratitude
specific gratitude.
When you intentionally thank God for specific things,
your perspective shifts, your mind shifts, and even your life begins to shift.
Maybe gratitude is not just a spiritual practice.
Maybe it is also a transformation strategy.

The energy Favour had when we met was CONTAGIOUS. I was so low on energy didnât have the strength. All I wanted to do was to go home and rest because it was a long day and then, she passed the vibe check.
