A beautiful evening at the refectory of TrinitĂ dei Monti.
We were honoured to share music with an audience of diplomats, cultural figures and supporters, in a space that made the experience even more special.
Thank you to our artists @isabellamoore_@desireebmassari@briana_sings_things@laetitia.marianna@sarahseung.chae , @carlottamarani and our team, and to Ludovica De Pris for her support in making this evening possible.

The Winter Olympic Games are over, and what an incredible journey it has been. Watching our athletes perform on the world stage, give their all, and make history has been inspiring. I feel so proud to have been part of that opening moment and grateful to witness this team at their very best. Australia, you were amazing. 🇦🇺❄️✨

Celebrating Australia Day across three special gatherings here in Italy this week 🇦🇺
On Monday, I joined the service at Domus Australia Church, a meaningful moment of reflection and community. I then had the honour of performing the Australian National Anthem at the @ausambholysee Australian Embassy to the Holy See’s celebration at the Stadio Olimpico, in the lead-up to the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympic Games. It was a pleasure to be surrounded by fellow Australians in Rome and by the wonderful Embassy team, including Ambassador Keith Pitt @keithpittmp , whose encouragement and support of me and @operaffinity I deeply value.
It was also a pleasure to see Senator Francesco Giacobbe @sen.francesco.giacobbe , whose work continues to strengthen the ties between Australia and Italy.
Finally, Her Excellency Julianne Cowley, Australian Ambassador to Italy, and the team at the Australian Embassy to Italy hosted a beautiful reception at the Australian Residence. Seeing so many familiar faces reminded me how fortunate we are to have such a strong Australian community here, even while living far from home.
Happy Australia Day to Australians everywhere. 💛💚
A look back at our Opera for Kids concert!
What a joy to see a theatre full of curious young faces discovering the magic of opera! 🎶✨ Illustrator Rosie Brooks @rosiebrooksillustration , known for her work with Oxford University Press, Classic FM, the Royal Opera House, the Royal Ballet, and Opera Australia, brought each musical moment to life with her delightful drawings — live, in front of our enchanted audience! 🎨
At OperAffinity, we believe in introducing the next generation to the world of music and creativity in fun, engaging ways — making opera something to laugh with, draw to, and fall in love with. 💫
Thank you to everyone who joined us for this inspiring afternoon of stories, colours, and music.
