Bij BINX willen we kwaliteit niet pas achteraf beoordelen, maar al tijdens de bouw weten waar we staan. Daarom zitten we momenteel volop in de pilotfase van OpenSpace SoundCheck™️: een uitbreiding op onze 360° bouwplaatsregistratie. Dit betekent dat onze bouwhelmcamera’s, naast beeld, nu ook geluid registreren.
Met AI meten we echo en nagalm, zodat we al in de ruwbouw kunnen zien of een ruimte straks voldoet aan de Frisse Scholen‑klasse. Dat levert vooral in klaslokalen, leerpleinen en verkeersruimten waardevolle inzichten op.
In een volgende stap krijgt de uitvoerder realtime feedback, zoals: “Lokaal 0.21 scoort voorlopig klasse C. Advies: iets minder beton, iets meer absorptie.” Zo voegen we een extra kwaliteitscheck toe tijdens de bouw.
