DATE: Thursday, April 4th
TIME: Food - 17.00
Open Podium - 18.30
Instant composition with DJ - 20.00
LOCATION: Food in the canteen, then the Academy Theatre
The Open Podium is a space made by and for us as students to connect, try out and have fun with what we are doing/creating, a space completely for us!
For this edition, the Open Call application to share something on the Open Podium is now closed. But there are still plenty of opportunities to participate! Come and watch the performances starting at 18.30, or join the INSTANT COMPOSITION at 20.00✨ During the instant composition session, @abiba.sokoto will be there as a DJ, you don’t want to miss that! Come and shake loose, improvise and be creative together! No need to sign up on beforehand, feel free to join from 20.00, or after having participated in/watched the Open Podium.
Before all of this, food will be served in the canteen, so make sure to sign up through the link in our bio, if you want food before the evening starts. We will eat together at 17.00, feel free to also bring you own food if you want!

The Open Podium is a space made by and for us as students to connect, try out and have fun with what we are doing/creating, a space completely for us!
You can use it to see how your performance is doing, to socialize and get inspired, to show an improvisation jam with your friends, or to see who can do the best handstand - it’s up to us :)
If you don’t feel like preparing something, but still would like to participate, you can sign up for our INSTANT COMPOSITION session!
We will start the night with a lovely dinner moment in the canteen (at dutch dinner time) - sign up and food will be organised for you! Feel free to bring your own food as well - let's share and connect! 🫂🌮
Then, we continue to the showings & instant composition in the Academy Theatre.
The only thing we ask, is to apply at least two weeks in advance for the food, so we can make sure there’s enough food for everyone!
For the performance night please *APPLY until the 5th of February*.
For our instant composition session we would appreciate it if you sign up, but of course you can also just join in the moment.

💥 CATCH THE VIBE 💥
An Instant Composition Event for Dancers, Circus Artists, Musicians & Singers.
The event aims to offer a space for artists from different performative disciplines to exchange and improvise in an informal setting.
Anything can happen when you take the stage!
Be inspired by fellow artists around you and connect with them through music and movement.✨️
The evening will consist of several improvisation sessions with a maximum length of 15-20 minutes. You can enter or exit the session at any time.
Depending on the number of participants we might set a maximum of people that can join per session. However, rules can be bent! If you feel the vibe, jump on stage and join!
Details about rules and possible concepts that we will use to spark inspiration during the sessions will be shared with artists after signing up.
You are intrigued and want to join? Sign up via the link in bio and be there on the 14th of December at *6pm* for a short introduction, to set up equipment and warm up.
You are interested but not sure if you want to join yourself? Just come by and watch and if you feel the urge to join, bend the rules and jump on stage anyway!
