Welcome to the “OPEN HOUSE PROJECT”
This is something I’ve been wanting to create for a while—a space where we can move, connect, and check in with one another, especially when life feels challenging. It’s born out of my own experiences, and my hope is that it can be a place for anyone who’s looking for a little support, community, and a chance to just breathe.
Boxing and training have been huge for me in dealing with the everyday struggles we all face—those mental and emotional ups and downs that can sometimes feel overwhelming. It’s been a way for me to stay focused, find some peace, and build strength, and I wanted to share that with others who might be going through their own battles.
I’m really grateful to the guys who’ve helped grow this community in recent weeks

Earlier this year, I reached out to
@joshuawill.iam and
@benblanch , and said, “Let’s meet at the basketball courts in St Kilda, move, breathe, and just check in with each other.”
A few weeks later we are thankful to have 20 people show up. It’s pretty uplifting to see so many people looking for a space to open up, move, and be themselves, without judgment or expectations.
