I completely forgot to do a 2025 end-of-year post. But that’s fine because I’ve decided I no longer recognise the Gregorian calendar. Instead, the new year begins now. The trees are budding, flowers are appearing, and the outside world is starting to wake up again. 2025 was a huge year for me. Towards the end of it things went a bit quiet here because I was busy buying my first house, which turned out to be a full-time job in itself. A massive thank you to everyone who booked me last year and trusted me with a camera. It genuinely means the world. I’m still very much learning, so everyone who gave me a chance has helped me out tenfold. In other slightly terrifying news, I’ve also decided to leave my 9–5 job and go all-in on freelance work. Photography is just one of the things I’ll be focusing on, but it will be a big part of that. I’m starting to book shoots again and will be keeping things very affordable for now, roughly around 50% of typical industry rates. I’m also happy to work around people’s budgets. So if you’d like some photos and also fancy helping me pay my mortgage, please get in touch.
