Liam Phillips b2b George Barclay land at Oosterbar Amsterdam with serious momentum and a shared drive for the underground.
Welsh rising talent Liam Phillips has made rapid moves in just over a year, supporting names like Rossi, Prospa and Julian Fijma, while locking in key residencies with Cue and Groove Cartel. With a heavy run of bookings ahead, 2026 is shaping up to be a breakthrough year.
Alongside him, George Barclay has been steadily carving his path since 2023, joining Groove Cartel in 2025 and taking his sound international with sets in Malta and Ibiza. Sharing lineups with artists such as Archie Hamilton, Robbie Doherty and Gaskin, he continues to push and refine his sound.
Together, they represent a new wave—Groove Cartel-rooted, internationally tested, and ready to deliver a high-energy, groove-driven b2b set.
