Our hearts are full 🫶🏼❤️‍🔥! To everyone who helped make Revelry Buyers’ Club 7 what it was, THANK YOU. The weather tried its best to humble us, but the vibes won anyway. Rain and all, the energy in the room was undeniable. Every retailer, brand, grower, processor, creative, advocate, and community member who showed up with intention helped make the day feel special. We can’t wait to welcome everyone to Revelry Buyers’ Club tomorrow 🌱 Please be patient with the check-in process — if the line is long, just know it’s because the entire New York community somehow decided to arrive at the exact same moment 😭(start networking). We also encourage everyone to review the information shared via emails and posts. More than anything, we want people to leave feeling a deeper love for the plant, the people, and the opportunity to help shape this industry together. Revelry was built in New York, by New Yorkers, and alongside New Yorkers. Hudson is a Homecoming. We’ve always believed that if equitable legalization and real economic opportunity could happen anywhere, it could happen here. And despite the challenges, New York has already built one of the most diverse operator communities in the country — more than any other state combined. “OK, we’ve got the license now… here’s all the brands. You literally laid out the map for everybody.” Hearing that during our visit to @thegardenclub.bk The Garden Club really put into perspective how much of New York’s industry has been built through relationships, conversations, trust, and people consistently showing up for one another over the years. Sometimes it was simply having a place to struggle alongside other operators and know you weren’t alone in your frustrations navigating an industry that was changing in real time. From early community meetings and networking events to operators finally opening doors of their own, this market has been shaped by people willing to share knowledge, dream out-loud, and be vulnerable in helping move the culture and industry forward together. To hear them speak about Revelry’s role in helping connect those dots means everything, because at the core of what we’ve always believed is that the right people, connected with intention, can build something much bigger than themselves. We’re already the most diverse industry in the world with small businesses leading the way! Watching two incredible women @dizzycordova @cannabaee and longtime friends and industry vets bring The Garden Club to life in Carroll Gardens feels incredibly full circle.
