I am thrilled to share that I have officially been sworn in as the Chairman of sports commission (Delta State) alongside four dedicated team members. This milestone marks the beginning of a new chapter in our commitment to enhancing sports development within our dear State and also working with our Dear Leader and Governor @sheriffoborevwori towards achieving great goals with the M O R E Agenda.
Together, we aim to foster talent, promote healthy competition, and create opportunities for athletes to shine. Our vision is to cultivate an environment where Sports can thrive, and every aspiring athlete has the chance to reach their full potential
I am incredibly grateful to the Governor @sheriffoborevwori for this opportunity and eager to collaborate with my team, local organizations, and the communities within Delta state to make positive impact.

Yesterday in Lagos, I had the honour of spending time with one of our Paralympic athletes and meeting with the Delta Para-Sports Team as part of activities marking World Autism Awareness Day.
I listened, I learned, and I was inspired.
Our athletes and coaches across para-athletics, powerlifting, table tennis, and deaf sports continue to show remarkable strength and commitment. Their passion reminds me why we must keep pushing for a more inclusive and supportive sports system in Delta State.
We had honest conversations about the challenges they face, and I want to assure them that their voices are heard. We are committed to improving welfare, rewarding excellence, and creating better opportunities for all.
As we prepare for the 2026 National Sports Festival in Enugu, our focus is clear — to come stronger, united, and ready to make Delta proud.

From the lush new pitch developed to FIFA standards, to the upgraded facilities across the board, every detail reflects a clear vision for global relevance.
